Hello, My name is Kim Kerns with J & K Kerns Deliveries Inc. We are a small business contracted with a package Delivery Service. I have a Driver, Jamelle Hays, that has been with me and my team for 6 years delivering in McPherson, KS area. Jamelle tore his ACL, and he needs surgery.

We are starting this fund because not only will Jamelle be out of work for an extended amount of time, he is going to incur substantial medical costs. Jamelle is an exemplary driver, and an amazing person. Jamelle works very hard, gives his all every day to provide service to his customers, and provide for his family. Jamelle has a wonderful family, a wife, and 4 children.
