Support Jamalia’s Journey to Full Recovery

On June 23, 2023, vibrant Jamalia (Malia) was diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma. Her courage and strength have been an inspiration as she underwent extensive treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. As of July 17, 2025, we are overjoyed to share the incredible news: Jamalia is now cancer-free!!!

However, her journey doesn't end here. Malia requires specialized support as she returns home to Jamaica. Due to her treatment, she has lost 50% of her hearing in each ear and vision in her left eye. She will need specialized schooling and ongoing medical care, which come with a significant financial burden.

Her mother, Tash, faces the overwhelming challenge of securing housing, purchasing a vehicle, and covering ongoing medical and educational expenses—all while managing frequent trips to the U.S. for check-ups. Tash cannot work full-time because her focus must be on supporting Jamalia’s recovery.
