The Jamaica Wellness and Relief Initiative is designed to deliver high-impact, measurable, and immediate outcomes for families devastated by Hurricane Melissa. My name is Anna Jeffries, and my work spans Indigenous cultural leadership, wellness infrastructure, and community development across Jamaica and the United States. I have deep generational roots throughout the island, with loved ones directly impacted in Westmoreland, St. James, and St. Ann.

This initiative is structured intentionally for donors who value clarity, scale, and accountability. Our objective is to stabilize communities and rebuild essential infrastructure using a model that prioritizes transparency, efficiency, and long-term recovery. We are raising funds to deploy:

• 100 fully paid Starlink systems for uninterrupted communication

• 100 long-term water filtration units

• 5,000 Lifestraws for immediate water safety

• Repairs for 20 roofs

• Full rebuilds for 10 homes

• Trauma-informed community wellness care for children, elders, and caregivers

• Complete hygiene and personal care support, including hair care, nail care, skin care, and dignity services for every household

Every contribution will be tracked through a direct-impact ledger outlining exactly where funds go and the number of families supported. This initiative is built for scale.
