Hello my name is Ashley currently located in Birmingham, Alabama. My family was born and raised in Jamaica. I grew up in a Jamaican household. I pride my background heritage in my up bringing. I was Vice President of the Caribbean Student Association at Georgia Southern University in 2016-2017, President of Caribbean Student Association at Georgia Southern University 2017-2018. I am now an International Travel Agent for Legacy International Tours LLC wanting to assist and give back to where my roots began. I am asking for your to help in giving back to the Jamaica community in need.

Hurricane Melissa has affected many people across Jamaica as it one of the worst to ever hit a Caribbean Island. Please join me in donating to help family, friends, and parish’s in need. My goal is to donate to help relieve the Jamaican community in need as they go through the impact against Hurricane Melissa to rebuild their homes or needs for food and/or personal items.

For example, my grandma house roof needs to be rebuilt and her ceilings are caving in due to the storm. My auntie and uncle lost their workstation due to the hurricane. Many Jamaicans families lost everything. We still have not heard from everyone due to the phone lines down. Social media videos and pictures are devastating and I refuse to sit back and wait. We have to stay ahead of the game and help as many families as we can.

Once the goal is met,all the funds then will securely be transferred to a designated account where then it will be either personally delivered to each family and/or wired to each family and/or community in need from a member of our team. We assure all funds will be used to help with the impact from Hurricane Melissa to help those in need. Whether it’s rebuilding their house, needs personal items, or anything related to the hurricane damages.
