Jackie is a devoted grandmother who has stepped up to raise 3 of her grandchildren on a single, limited income. She gives these kids everything she can, but now she's facing a major health challenge of her own. Jackie needs neck/spine surgery in the coming months, and the recovery process will be long and difficult.
