My name is Jackie, and earlier this year, in February 2025, I received life-changing news — I was diagnosed with a rare condition called **Rosai-Dorfman disease**. Hearing those words turned my world upside down. Since then, my days have been filled with **doctor’s appointments, surgeries, and treatments** to help reduce my tumor and manage the symptoms that come with this illness.

It’s been an emotional and physically exhausting journey, but I’m doing my best to stay strong and keep faith through it all. Because of the ongoing medical appointments and recovery time after surgeries, I’ve been **in and out of work**, which has made it really hard to keep up with medical bills and everyday living expenses.

I’ve recently started **radiation treatment**, and while it brings me hope for better days ahead, the financial strain continues to grow. Between hospital visits, medications, and time away from work, the costs have become overwhelming.

I’m setting a goal of **$6,000** to help ease some of this burden — to cover treatment expenses, bills, and the gap left by missed work.
