Howdy friends.

I am seeking to leave the state of Texas so I can leave my out-of-touch conservative parents' house and finally get gender-affirming care. I've had a bad falling out with my mother and "father" over the past year regarding my identity and their ignorant beliefs, and it came to a head following the 2024 Election. The resulting fallout is starting to take a tremendous toll on my mental health to the point of suicide ideation and self-harm. I intend to move to Austin and then eventually out of state with a very close friend. The money you donate will be used to facilitate the eventual out-of-state move (gas money, etc.) and cover my cost of living before then (groceries, medication, etc.) until I can find a steady job in Austin. If you can donate, please do. I am desperate and out of options, and it would mean the world to me if you helped me out with this just once.
