Hi everyone! My name is Rayan Juma, and I’m a founding scholar at SEED LA High School. This year, my classmate and I decided to do something special my fellow scholar and I have created our school’s first ever student led senior trip to New York City!

We wanted to give our classmates, many of who are first generation students, the opportunity to visit schools like NYU, Columbia, and Fordham. This trip isn’t just about traveling it’s about seeing what’s possible and being inspired.

A little about me . I’ve always liked to take initiative and get involved. I’ve participated in Harvard Model Congress, where I learned about l government and leadership, and I’m proud to be a first place winner in Grant Cardone’s 10X Entrepreneurship Program, which taught me how turn my business ideas into realities.

Planning this trip with my classmates has shown me how much we can accomplish when we work together. Any donation, big or small, will go directly toward helping us cover travel, food, and lodging costs so everyone can take part in this experience.
