Donate to Improve a Grandma's Well-Being

Hey people! Some of you know that I took on a new position with a Doctors office. We have a patient who lives in North Chicago and doesn't have the funds to receive the devices (and the care after she gets them for 3 years) that she needs to significantly improve her overall well being. I am looking to see if there are any of my facebook friends that want to join in the effort. From the first phone call I had with her, to the first time meeting her God was tugging at me. Sitting with her in her frustration and desire to figure it out got me thinking. She is a grandma to 5 grandbabies, who live with her and she cares for too! If you can be praying for God to multiply the funds to make a way that would also be much appreciated. With God all things are possible!
