Join us in raising awareness, honoring survivors, and taking a stand against domestic violence.
On Friday, October 31, 2

025, at 9:30 AM, we’ll gather at the Brooklyn Bridge (Brooklyn side entrance) for a powerful Domestic Violence Awareness Walk
This event is free and open to all, but we’re asking for your support to help us cover:
Purple shirts & ribbons for walkers
Printed signage and materials
Water & light refreshments for participants
Audio support for opening remarks and survivor tributes
MetroCards for low-income attendees
Why it matters:
1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men have experienced some form of physical violence by an intimate partner. This walk is about community, visibility, healing, and action.
Please consider donating today. Every dollar helps.
If you can’t give, please share this with your community — and join us in person if you can.
Location: Brooklyn Bridge (Brooklyn side entrance)
Date & Time: Friday, October 31, 2025 · 9:30 AM
