Donate to Honor Mateo “Mattie” Magallanes Memory

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Mateo “Mattie” Magallanes. He had just celebrated his 54th birthday on May 1st with his family and was still living life to the fullest. Mattie was incredibly kind, funny, hardworking, and definitely always the life of the party. He was a husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and cousin, but his most favorite title was Grandpa to his grandkids, who he loved so much, and they already miss him dearly.

What started out as a typical day, Mattie and his son were working together on a car. A short while later, Mattie said he was tired and went to lie down and was found unresponsive. This was so unexpected and unimaginable and has left his family and everyone who knew him completely shattered and heartbroken.

His passing leaves behind his family that he worked so hard to provide for and he loved so very much and he was weeks away from celebrating his daughter’s wedding day.

As our family navigates this incredibly difficult time, not just the emotional pain of losing him, but also the financial challenges that come with saying goodbye, we are humbly asking for your support to help with funeral expenses and any other costs related to his passing. Any amount, no matter how small, would mean the world to us. If you're unable to donate, sharing this with others would also be a huge help and would mean so much to us.

Thank you so much for all the love, prayers, and support.
