A Legacy of Love: Honoring My Sisters * Empowering 1 Million Girls
I am dedicating the rest of my life to a legacy passion project close to my heart: 1MILLION GIGO HANDBOOKS for 1MILLION GIRLS • Ferebee Sisters Tribute Campaign.
I invite you to join me in honoring my three sisters—all of whom lost their lives to lung cancer—and empowering the next generation of girls. Together, we can turn love and remembrance into tools for confidence, literacy, resilience, and growth.
A portion of the proceeds will support the American Cancer Society, reflecting my commitment to cancer advocacy and research, particularly efforts focused on girls and gynecologic and lung cancers.
As summer draws to a close and a new school year begins, consider sponsoring GIGO handbooks for a school, community organization, or girl-serving program of your choice. Your support will help:
Equip girls with social-emotional learning and mental health tools to navigate challenges and recognize their worth.
Support parents, educators, mentors, and youth-serving professionals with resources to guide and encourage girls.
Expand the GIGO empowerment model and movement across the United States and around the world.
Support cancer advocacy and research in honor of the Ferebee sisters.

When we intentionally invest in our girls, they don’t just THRIVE—they GROW UP GREAT!
My goal is to gift 1 MILLION GIGO HANDBOOKS to 1 MILLION GIRLS in the United States and around the world by my 75th birthday—September 30, 2030 (10,000 by the end of 2027)
Please donate, sponsor books, or share this campaign. Every contribution brings us closer to reaching another girl—and keeping my sisters’ memory alive through a legacy of love, empowerment, and possibility.
