Hi, my name is Miosotis Cruz. At this difficult time, I come to ask for help. I'm the oldest of 5 kids and never did I expect to have to plan my mother's funeral.

A little backstory about my mother: Clara a.k.a Wayca , born in 1964 in Paterson, New Jersey, later moved to the Bronx as a teenager. She was a bright, fun-loving, beautiful, and caring woman who would've done anything in her power to make those around her smile. She brought light and life to this world, no matter what she was facing in her own life. She always went above and beyond for the ones she loved and cared for. She has left a long-lasting impression on everyone that she loved, and that will never be forgotten.

I am making this GoFundMe to help ease the financial anguish during this unexpected time. The funds raised will cover the costs of her funeral as well as help me and my siblings with any unexpected financial barriers, so that we can take the time to grieve without worrying about any financial constraints during this very difficult time.
