I am 34 years old. I am married to my best friend Michael and have been with him literally half of my life.

We have 3 handsome boys: ages 10, 7, and 3.

In 2019 a "spot" was found on my left frontal/pariatal lobe on an MRI, that was performed due to dizziness. MRIs were done routinely with no change, until when my youngest was just 1 month old this "spot" doubled in size.

A biopsy was performed in August of 2022. This "spot" turned out to be cancer. My diagnosis was oligodendroglioma grade 2. Locally I was told my tumor was inoperable and was given 5-8 years to live.

My husband and I were able to travel to MD Anderson thanks to family/church family and friends generous help and support. The neurosurgeon at MD Anderson was able to remove 90% of the tumor September 2022.

My scans have been stable until this year and now there is new growth all around the area that was removed in 2022. I am scheduled for another brain surgery in July.
