Give Young Voices a Stage: Support 4Voices 2025 and beyond!

The world is changing fast, and too often, the voices we need the most—those of young people —get drowned out.

Creativity, empathy, innovation and diversity are being pushed aside, but the next generation isn’t backing down. They have so many ideas. They have deep rooted passion. But - and here's the catch, - they just need a platform to be heard!

That’s where 4Voices comes in.

Now in its fourth year, the 4Voices Public Speaking Competition is more than just an event—it’s a movement. It gives teenagers the confidence, skills and courage to stand up on stage, speak out and shape what they see as their future. This year’s theme, “It’s up to me to…”, challenges them to think about their role in creating change.

On April 6, 2025, twelve incredible young finalists will take the stage at CosmoCaixa in Barcelona, ready to share their bold ideas with the world.

To do this, We Need Your Help

We believe in the power of young voices, but let’s be frank - getting corporate sponsorship for teen-focused projects is hard. We've had gifts, support and encouragement but what we really need to keep this project going, is cash .

For four years, we’ve fought to keep this event alive and whilst the passion is there, the funding is not.

That’s why we’re turning to you—our supportive community.

The Ripple Effect of 4Voices

Meet Emma Ishikawa, one of our past finalists. Before 4Voices, public speaking was terrifying for her. But after standing on that stage, she didn’t just find her voice—she found her purpose. Today, she’s leading youth-led projects and inspiring others to take action.

"At the end, they said that we are all winners, no matter how cliché it sounds. I completely agree. I think all of us felt that the process, the moments before and when we were on stage were truly all that mattered. Writing a speech made us look within ourselves deeper than we would otherwise, and for that, for growing as a person, it all made it an undeniably valuable experience".

In today’s world—where open dialogue is shrinking and critical thinking is under threat—helping young people develop the confidence to speak up is more important than ever. We need to equip them with the tools to challenge, inspire and lead.
