What does a life well lived really mean?

On April 19th in Barcelona, 12 teenagers from across Spain will take to the stage to answer that question, sharing powerful, personal perspectives on courage, purpose, equality and what it means to truly be heard.

From challenging outdated systems to redefining success and legacy, these young voices are thoughtful, bold and ready to shape the future. This isn’t just a public speaking competition. It’s a platform for a generation that refuses to stay silent.

Behind the scenes, months of training, mentoring and preparation go into helping these students find their voice and the confidence to use it.

To do this, We Need Your Help

We believe in the power of young voices, but let’s be frank - getting corporate sponsorship for teen-focused projects is hard. We've had gifts, support and encouragement but what we really need to keep this project going, is cash .

For hlaf a decade years, we’ve fought to keep this event alive and whilst the passion is there, the funding is not.

The Ripple Effect of 4Voices

Meet former finalist Emma Ishikawa. Before 4Voices, public speaking was terrifying for her. But after standing on that stage, she didn’t just find her voice—she found her purpose. Today, she’s leading youth-led projects and inspiring others to take action.

"At the end, they said that we are all winners, no matter how cliché it sounds. I completely agree. I think all of us felt that the process, the moments before and when we were on stage were truly all that mattered. Writing a speech made us look within ourselves deeper than we would otherwise, and for that, for growing as a person, it all made it an undeniably valuable experience".

In today’s world where open dialogue is shrinking and critical thinking is under threat, helping young people develop the confidence to speak up is more important than ever. We need to equip them with the tools to challenge, inspire and lead.
