Donate to help women in poverty

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of ActionAid and every donation will help. Women's rights are especially abused in poverty and war zones and I've been thinking a lot about the suffering they must be experiencing. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause which means so much to me.

If the target is raised (£600), I will shave my hair to a buzz cut. If half the target is raised (£300), I will cut my hair short-styled. I feel like shaving my hair is a symbolic way to help break down stereotypes around women's femininity, which can be the root of many discriminations and war crimes against women. Around the world, women's treatment appears to be going backwards in some societies. This terrifying thought is what has motivated me to do this fundraiser. In societies that are not going backwards, the treatment of women still has a long way to go. Therefore, I've decided to take action for those who most need it.
