Hi, my name is Manuel and I am fundraising to help with travel, and lodging expenses associated with my Kidney transplant surgery.

Two years ago I was diagnosed with end stage renal disease. I have since been on dialysis. I am now set to receive a Kidney from a living donor... my mom. After surgery we will need to stay near the hospital for at least a month. We have loved ones who will be with us to provide care, but we are in need of financial assistance.
