Dear NCFC Family,

My name is Coach Ishe, and for over 12 years, I've had the privilege of coaching young soccer enthusiasts in the vibrant communities of Raleigh, Durham, and Cary. It's been an incredible journey, one filled with laughter, camaraderie, and a shared love for the beautiful game.

But amidst the cheers and victories, my heart often wanders back to the dusty fields of my childhood in Zimbabwe. There, soccer wasn't just a game; it was a lifeline, a source of joy and unity for children who had very little else. It's where my passion for soccer was born, where dreams took flight on worn-out cleats and tattered jerseys.

Inspired by the memories of my own upbringing, I made a commitment to give back to the community that shaped me. For the past four years, I've been collecting used children's clothes and soccer gear, knowing that even the smallest gesture can make a world of difference.

But today, I come to you, my NCFC family, with a humble plea. The biggest challenge I face in fulfilling this mission is the cost of shipping these donations to Zimbabwe. It's a hurdle I cannot overcome alone, but with your support, I believe we can turn this dream into a reality.
