My name is Bronwen O'Keefe, and over time, my family and I have become friendly with William Dukes. I'm sure many of you have seen Will at the Sunday Farmers Market on Caroll Street. Will is a warm, kind man who has faced numerous challenges in his life, leading to a life on the streets. Will tries very hard to keep himself healthy - he proudly showed me his vaccination card, but he needs critical dental surgery. Will has very few teeth left, making it exceedingly difficult to chew, and with little to no resources to find food easier to eat, he often goes hungry.
