Dear friends ,

I am reaching out to you today to help Wangi's Balinese family through a traumatic accident . Many of you have been to Telengis village over the years and have met Wangi's beautiful Mum , Kadek ( far left in the happy photo ) . Wangi , I have known since a child and has worked in my house for ten years .

3 weeks ago Kadek was riding to the Sidemen market when she was hit by a truck . She suffered multiple fractures and a severe head injury . She was in a coma for 2 weeks in Sanglah hospital where she recieved great care . Sadly the insurance only covers 20 days in the hospital so she was taken to rest at our home where Wangi , his sister , father and family care for her . The broken limbs have not yet been attended to and at this point the family and village have exhausted their funds .

Any contribution , no matter the size would help the family through this incredibly challenging and sad time .
