Hi, my name is Gena and I'm writing on behalf of my brother and I. Last night, we lost our apartment due to a fire, and everything in it, including a vehicle. Luckily, a fireman was able to find our mother's urn, which was most important to us as that's all we have left of her. Memories have all been burned. We basically only have the clothes on our backs and have to start fresh. We realize it's the holidays and wouldn't do something like this if we didn't feel we needed the help.
