Hi, my name is Jana and I am fundraising for my dog who has been seized by the police when 13 months old and is now kept in police kennels. I have got my dog as an American Bulldog, but he’s apparently an XL bully, which I wasn’t aware of. I attended 121 training and also Group training sessions with him. I always looked after him well and will do anything to get him back. I have also collected 23 letters of support for my dog, from people who have met him on a walks.

I need some financial help to keep paying for Solicitor as I don’t qualify for Legal aid. This all is quite expensive and with my job as a Head Dental Nurse I have no chance to put all this money together. I would be very grateful for any help.

So far I have paid my Solicitor £1800, witness expert who is going to assess my dog’s breed and behaviour to the kennels £1600.

I will have to pay my Solicitor another £1500 plus to attend the Court with me around £300.

My dog Cash has very good behaviour reviews from the kennels and has been recently castrated there so he will comply with the XL bully legislation.
