Unfortunately our friend and work colleague Tim suffered an extensive heart attack 4 weeks ago. Being in ICU and on a ventilator for days, Tim miraculously stabilised and came off the ventilator, although in a lot of pain. Tim has had a few operations but is now back home. Being very vulnerable and having a lot of rehabilitation ahead, we are unsure if and when Tim will be able to return to work.

Our Contract Manager, Simon, is running the Worthing 10K on Sunday 8th June 2025 and all money we raise through our sponsorship will go to Tim to help him financially and help with any disability aids he may need for his recovery.
