Hi I found this stray cat and he’s been coming to my house for over for a month now,his head is tilting on one side and he has a blocked nose which makes him unable to properly breath and eat well,I have rang up many vets and cats rescues such as cats protection, RSPCA but they said they can’t help because it’s a stray and they can’t afford it and only I can pay for it but I am struggling with money myself as I have 3 cats of my own,but I have recently taken the cat to a vet near me,i payed £63 for a check-up because he’s a stray cat and I have to pay they can’t see him for free,I checked if he is microchipped and they said he has no microchip on him,and they said he has a ear infection and a polyp in his right ear,they said to remove the polyp it would be surgery,and it would cost £1000 in order for them to proceed with surgery,and the other option is to put him to sleep. I got the painkiller relief for him,I asked for antibiotics for temporarily so it can at least remove the infection,but they couldn’t give me antibiotics because they don’t know what kind of infection is in his ear,it’s heartbreaking to see him in that situation.
