Help this family in time of medical uncertainty

Hi, my name is Elizabeth Davis, but most you know me as Beth. I became a single mother two years ago when Rylan's daddy passed away, so I work a full-time job to support my two children. Rylan has been sick now going on 3 weeks and we are currently in the hospital. They think he has something called HSP disease. He has had a very difficult time the last few weeks with vomiting, lack of appetite, dehydration, constipation, and diarrhea, then the rash, joint swelling and inflammation and inability to sit up or move on his own started. We went to the ER three different times since Halloween, 2 of those trips resulting in transfers to Vanderbilt. The first time he was misdiagnosed and sent home, but once we were transfered back after he lost his ability to sit up, bear his own weight, or walk and rash presented they admitted him on the assumption he has HSP. The only way to know for sure if that's what it is would be to biopsy the kidneys, so instead they treat with steroids and see if he improves. This will be our third night in Vanderbilt Children's Hospital doing IV steroids, he now has the ability to sit up and bear his weight, but his gait is still hindered. They are keeping us because the rash hasn't gone away like they had hoped, it even came back a little worse in some places then it was when we got here and the inflammation in his blood has not gone down. Right now they're still treating it as if it's HSP, but they're still running lots of tests. As of right now this coming Friday will be my third week without a normal paycheck. Everyone we know is worried and of course keeps asking me if there's anything I need and of course, me being me, keeps saying no. I guess I'm too proud to say that I'm stressed about how my bills are going to be paid this month......after much thought, I decided to set up this GoFundMe account for anyone wanting to help. Money to pay my monthly bills is the only thing that i can't handle myself because of needing to be with my child.
