Help Kayla and her family rebuild their lives

On Wednesday night, tragedy struck Kayla and her family when their home on Las Flores Mesa, Malibu, was destroyed in the devastating Palisades Fire.

The Torrey family lived together in this cherished home designed and built by her father after the 1993 fire. Kayla returned to her childhood home after her father passed away in 2022 to support her mother. Not everyone in Malibu is super wealthy, Kayla is born and raised in Malibu but works in the public school system teaching regenerative agriculture and gardening. They are facing the unimaginable task of starting over with nothing.

The fire took everything. They must now find temporary housing, replace necessities, and begin the long and emotional journey of rebuilding their lives.

We are asking for donations to help Kayla and her family cover:

- Immediate living expenses (housing, food, clothing, and daily essentials)

- Replacement of essential items and personal belongings
