Donate to help the Szendrey family

Hi, my name is Julia, and I am fundraising for my best friend Sami Szendrey and her family. As some of you know, her dad Tom Szendrey has been battling brain cancer since last May. He went through extensive surgery, chemo, radiation, and physical therapy over the summer and has recently transitioned to hospice care. As you can imagine, this has been extremely difficult for Tom and his family. By donating to the Szendrey family, you can help with caregiver costs, continuing hospice/respite care and any other financial concerns. Julie has been primarily caregiving for Tom for the last 9 months and has not been able to work. Sami and Alex are both attending college and trying to balance academics/work while also trying to spend as much time with their dad as possible. Any amount that you can contribute would be greatly appreciated, and if you cannot donate at this time, all we ask is that you share this post. Tom, Julie, Sami and Alex acknowledge and appreciate all of the love and support they have already received. All that is collected will be going straight to the family.
