Hello, we are a young family of four in Gunning. We have recently lost our house to a fire on the 06 August 2025.

Luckily we are all safe (including our animals - Rex the dog and Narla the cat) and are currently living with family in Canberra.

Needless to say it has been overwhelming to come to terms with the little amount that is left of our house, but are insured so luckily we will be able to recover.

We are setting up this page for those of you who would like to donate. Please note that, while it is incredibly appreciated, our family will be ok in the long run and will be able to rebuild our lives.

Additionally, we wanted to thank you all for donations already provided, and the love and support you have shown our family. It really goes to show how amazing small town communities are.
