Donate to help the Hallsted Family

Our beloved Adam Hallsted suddenly passed away 8/19/2022 at the young age of 31. Adam was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend who touched the lives of those around him. He was always thinking of others and uplifting those around him with his humor. He leaves behind his wife, Nicole Hallsted (Gurrieri), and children Zane, Mason, and Zyah.

Adam dedicated his life to his family. Adam and Nicole met after Adam reached out to her inquiring whether her son, Zane, had Trisomy21, because his son, Mason, also had Trisomy21. They met for coffee and became friends who could support each other in a way only they could understand as they were both young single parents caring for their boys.. They always supported each other in parenting their beautiful boys with Down Syndrome, and that support and trust grew into an unparalleled love for one another. They started their family with their boys and grew their family by adding a beautiful little girl they named Zyah. She is daddy's little girl forever. Adam loved his family and dedicated his life building their life together.

We are all devastated by the loss of Adam and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral expenses, medical expenses, or their life without Adam. Our goal is to relieve some financial burden as Nicole and the children learn to cope and manage the trauma of losing Adam. So many family members and friends have reached out asking how they can help, so we created a Go Fund Me for those that would like to donate to Nicole and the kids.

We want to give Adam the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Adam's funeral, burial, medical expenses, and to help Nicole get on her feet after this tragedy. We are hoping to raise as much as we can to help support Nicole and the children in this time of need.
