Donate to help the children and family of Muktar

It is with a heavy heart and tremendous sadness that I share the sudden passing of my uncle Muktar Hussein Hersi on April 5th (-on the right wearing the kufi hat.) He was a kind soul, a loving father, and beloved by many. He died at the young age of 49 and he left behind 11 children with the last one on the way. He was a hard-working man and the sole provider not only to his immediate family but also to many other relatives. We kindly ask that you help with any amount that you can in this blessed month of Ramadan, this will help alleviate some of the financial hardship we are facing.

إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ (innā li-llāhi wa-ʾinna ʾilayhi rājiʿūna) Verily we belong to Allah and verily to him we shall return. This is just another reminder yet again that this life is not our final destination; we are mere travelers. He died in this blessed month and on the first ten days of mercy. May Allah have mercy on his soul, may Allah forgive all his sins, and may Allah open the gates of heaven for him.

May Allah reward you with this good deed that you put forth today, and may it be replaced with goodness on this earth and the hereafter.
