Hi, my name is Rachel. On Friday, June 24th, our dear friend Joe was in a severe accident. Joe works for an electrical cooperative and was called to fix a line and was electrocuted by the high voltage wire. He is currently in the ICU at HCMC where he is being treated for severe burns and other complications resulting from the incident. His recovery will no doubt be a long one and the extent of the injuries will warrant an extended hospital stay, a long recovery process after that, and adjusting to the long-term impacts that this will have on he and his family’s life.

Joe’s wife Tanya has been at his side every step of the way. Joe has four children who he adores, including two small kids at home. Joe and Tanya are always the people stepping up to help others. They are truly good people and a blessing to every single person they meet. They’re constantly putting other’s needs ahead of their own but in this season they really need the support, prayers and any and all resources to help them down the road.
