I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for prayers and support for Alexander Burdujan. Recently, he suffered from multiple strokes that led to a large blood clot in his brain. The doctors were able to remove most of the clot, but a small portion was too deep to safely take out. Unfortunately, this has caused severe swelling in his brain, which is now putting dangerous pressure on his brain stem.

Also, his brain has been producing an excessive amount of spinal fluid. To relieve the pressure, the doctors placed a tube in his head to help drain the fluid. While the fluid levels have gone down by about half, his body is still overproducing it, so the drain needs to stay in place for now.

At this time, Alex is in a coma, and the swelling in his brain hasn’t decreased yet. We don’t know the full extent of the damage caused by the pressure on his brain stem, but we do know that it has caused a significant amount.

This has been an incredibly painful and uncertain time for the family. They’re doing everything they can to be by his side. We are humbly asking for your support during this difficult time.
