Donate to help the baby donkey that refused to die!

This adorable baby donkey refused to give up, and so did her owners! Grace N Grit was born on April 22, 2025 and immediately stole the hearts of everyone around her. She was born with neonatal maladjustment syndrome (aka NMS or “dummy foal”) as well as sustaining head trauma shortly after birth. She was rushed to Hagyard Equine Medical Institute where she would spend a week undergoing intensive care around the clock. Grace’s parents refused to give up on her fight and kept her in the hospital. Thanks to the care of the Hagyard staff and a drive to fight, baby Grace pulled through and was able to go home. It is our hope that we can help offset the costs of Grace’s care through our amazing donkey community to help Grace’s family.
