I am raising money for the amazing Stout family!

Six and a half year's ago the lives of Mick and Emily changed forever after Mick was diagnosed with bowel cancer. What has subsequently followed have been many ups and downs, which have included several operations and a return of the disease in other parts of Mick’s body. Recent developments have seen the cancer spread to his brain, lungs and pituitary gland, with many challenging side effects including significant sight loss.

Despite all that life has thrown at them, Mick and Emily have been positive, strong, good humoured and resolute. They have amazed everyone with their attitude and ability to deal with all these challenges and have even managed to get married and bring two lovely children, Bertie and Elsie, into this world.

As they face an uncertain future and ongoing challenges, I thought we could all come together and give them a little something to spend on anything they want or need. I have had to convince them to allow us to do this, so please give generously and let’s give this amazing family a pick me up at these most challenging times!
