Hi my name is Byzie and I am fundraising for Terri Lee Donahue (Jardine) - A Beloved Member of Our Country Haven Miramichi Lodge Family

We’re reaching out on behalf of someone who means the world to us—Terri Lee Jardine, the heart and soul of the kitchen at Country Haven Lodge. Terri Lee is the last person who would ever ask for help ... but she would be the first to offer help to others. So, with Terri Lee's consent, we are asking for help on her behalf.

Terri Lee has been our head cook at Country Haven Miramichi in Gray Rapids, New Brunswick, Canada, for 26 incredible years, serving up not just delicious meals, but kindness, her beautiful smile and endless laughter, and warm hugs to everyone who has walked through our doors. And she's more than just a colleague to us and to our guests —she's family, and we love her!

Very recently, Terri Lee received the difficult news that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Even though Terri Lee is a very strong and independent woman, she is a single Mom of two beautiful kids, and we want to help her however we can. She begins her treatment on September 8th, and she will be required to travel for her surgery and subsequent medical care.

This journey will result in an extended period of time away from work for Terri Lee, and along with travel, accommodations, and recovery time, it will create a financial burden for her and her family, for which we will do everything in our powers to help. Hence, our decision to canvass the many friends and extended family of Country Haven.
