Hello, I am trying to raise funds for my dear friend and colleague, Sarai, and her family. Recently, Sarai's mother suffered a stroke and has been in the ICU for over a week. While in the ICU, she suffered an additional stroke and has undergone several tests, while remaining under the watchful care of the doctors. Sarai's mother is the primary caretaker for her dad, who is also experiencing health issues. Sarai has stepped in to move her father in with her, while trying to navigate her mother's recovery and well-being. The recovery is going to be a lengthy process, including months in a care facility.

I am asking for funds to assist Sarai and her family with medical expenses, including the care facility while her mother recovers, moving expenses, and any other legal expenses she may experience as she tries to gain POA over her parents to assist in the decisions about their care moving forward. This is a lot to put on the shoulders of a 24-year-old who is just beginning her career in the pharmaceutical industry.
