On the evening of March 7th, April was tragically struck by a vehicle while out with friends in Highland Square. This was a completely unexpected, freak accident that has left her in a medically induced coma while her body fights to combat a severe traumatic brain injury. The road to recovery is going to be long, but anyone who knows April knows she is a fighter. This unexpected accident has left her loved ones scrambling, not knowing how long she will be in the hospital while amassing more and more personal and medical bills with each passing day. Medical insurance only covers so much and she will likely be off work for some time. Any small amount of support anyone is willing to provide at this time is greatly appreciated. April has been through so much in the last year, from losing her father in November 2021 to several other private hardships more recently. She did not deserve this. April is a kindhearted, bold spirit who would do anything for her friends and family. Her spark is infectious, and her positive energy always brings a smile to those around her. When she wakes up and comes out of this (and she will, we have hope!!) the last thing she needs is crippling medical debt. Anything helps, especially prayer. Thank you all so much.
