Donate to help Suleiman and his family survive.
Donation protected
Suleiman is a young man from Gaza whose story has captured our hearts. On a daily basis, he fights for the basic needs to which most of us never give a second thought: food, water, medical care, freedom to move, security for him and his family, stability, and hope for a future. All donations go directly to Suleiman and his family. Please consider reading, pondering, and even sharing the words composed below by Suleiman himself:
My name is Suleiman, I live in Gaza with my family, and we are struggling every single day just to stay alive. My little brother Saif is 14, my sister Sila is 10, and my youngest brother Malek is only 6 years old. We are a family of children trying to survive a war zone.
The situation here is beyond words. Every day we face hunger, fear, and danger. There is no stable access to food, clean water, or medicine. We sleep hungry, we wake up to the sound of drones and destruction, and we don’t know what tomorrow will bring.
Prices of basic needs have become insanely high — if you can even find them. A bag of flour can cost $1000 a box of vegetables $500, and even bottled water is scarce and overpriced. We are not asking for luxury — we are asking for survival.
This campaign is not just for me. It’s for my little siblings. I want to be able to feed them, protect them, and give them even the smallest bit of safety. Your donation can make a real difference in our lives — even a few dollars can help us eat today.
Please help us stay alive. Please share and donate. Every little bit counts.
We live in Gaza — me and my younger siblings: Saif (14), Sila (10), and Malek (6). Just children trying to survive in a place where bombs fall like rain and hunger never leaves.
Life has become unbearable. There’s no electricity, no clean water, no real food. We cook what little we can find on an open fire using scraps of wood or plastic, because there’s no gas left. Every time we light a fire, we risk being seen — but we do it, because we have no choice.
We eat in the smoke, sleep in fear, and wake up to the sound of drones and shelling. It’s not just sounds anymore — the missiles land near us. I’ve held pieces of shrapnel in my hands. This is how close death is.
Food prices are impossible. A small bag of rice can cost $60. A few vegetables can cost more than $50. Clean water is a luxury. Sometimes, we survive on bread alone — and even that’s not always available.
People tell us to “stay strong” — but strength needs food, water, and safety. We don’t have any of that.
This campaign is for survival — for food, water, and warmth. For the chance to protect my little siblings from hunger, cold, and fear.
If you can help, even with a few dollars, you are saving lives. If you can’t donate, please just share — your voice can reach someone who can.
Please, don’t turn away. Gaza is still here. We are still here. But we need you."
