Hello, my name is Amanda Mihalek. I’ve known Steve & Jessie my entire life (they are family). On the evening of August 31st, Jessie’s husband Steve was in a horrible motorcycle accident and rushed to the hospital via ambulance to fight for his life. He is currently undergoing several rounds of surgery and is in critical condition. He currently has a shattered pelvis, a broken back, a broken neck, broken ribs, and road rash covering his body. There is a lot of swelling, blood transfusions, and he is currently running a fever.

Steve and Jessie have a long road ahead of them, not only physically and mentally but also financially. Jessie will be taking off work for a while to help assist her husband with his 24-hour care.
