Donate to help Stephen Burhoe with Medical bills

Hi, we are Twila Miles and Katy Donahue-Cavazos. We are fund raising for our friend and acting coach, Stephen Burhoe, who could use some help paying for some pretty hefty hospital bills. Stephen has a huge heart, and constantly does what he can to help others. Now we would like to give back to Stephen by asking friends and family to give what you can to help alleviate some of Stephen’s unexpected financial burden.

Not many people may have heard of the very talented actor, Stephen Burhoe. However, to the acting community of TamaleWood (Albuquerque, NM) and beyond, he is well-known as someone who is willing to give of himself—his time as well as his knowledge—to help others grow and create their own success. He not only writes and directs his own short films, he uses many of these short films to give his students valuable OJT experiences, both in front of and behind the camera. He set up a Roku television channel, Wire Ride TV to showcase these films, as well, so that the public could enjoy the talent that he has so carefully cultivated in his classes.

Because he loves the craft of acting and wants to share his knowledge and experience with as many people as possible, he has kept his class tuition as low as he possibly can. While his students and friends have benefited greatly from this generosity, it is an example of how he puts others before himself.

It has been said that too many Americans are just one medical bill away from financial ruin. Recently, Stephen was hospitalized for five days with a nasty infection. Like many, he has no insurance and, although the hospital is working with him, he finds himself in a position no one, especially someone so giving, should ever have to be in.

We are hoping that through this platform, we can help Stephen recover not only his health, but some financial stability. Our goal is to raise $20,000 to help pay for his overwhelming hospital bills.
