Dear loved ones,

We ask you in our desperate time of need for help with our cat, Jiji. He's unfortunately at risk of dying at this time and needs emergency hospitalization, and it breaks our hearts that we can't afford it.

Around 2 months ago, this black cat started coming to our house, and my neighbors and I noticed he was very malnourished, missing patches of hair, and full of ticks. He was very friendly and most likely an abandoned house cat. My neighbors and I took care of him while trying to find the owners, a rescue, or someone to adopt him, to no avail. Seeing as he's a black cat and likely to get euthanized, we took him in even though the timing in our lives was very inconvenient. We just moved, and the apartment required urgent renovations and unexpected and expensive repairs. We now find ourselves tight on funds.

Yesterday, we found out Jiji has a UTI and urinary crystals that are blocking his urethra, making him unable to urinate. He now needs emergency hospitalization and treatment for 3 days, or he will die. I'm not the kind of person to let an animal die, but embarrassingly, we don't have the funds at this time. Please, please, please, if you can afford to help, it would save a life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
