Donate To Help Save My Home From Foreclosure

Hi! Deb Here, I am reaching out to the community for help.

I am in foreclosure on my home and have limited time before a sheriff sale is put on the house.

I have been ill for the past few years and it has caused issues with my business and daily life. I had to make decisions on whether or not to save my business or home.

I chose to save my business and thought if I worked hard enough i could save the house.

I was working with the bank and they offered a forbearance, and told me once the forbearance was over I could modify the loan and all would be fine.

When the time came and I applied, The immediately declined me. I appealed and was declined again.

I was then told that they never would have offered me that.

They only offered Deed in Lieu or short sale. Meaning I could give them back the house or find an investor to buy my house for less than what I owe.

Neither of these are acceptable options.

I am currently disabled and I have to stay in my home.

Rentals far exceed what I am able to afford, and this issue with the house has ruined my credit.

Leaving would let the bank win and leave me without a home or place to do business.

I am reaching out to everyone to see if you can help me save my home.

I am embarrassed and feel shame to have to make any of this public. I am a very private person and the stress of this is making me sick every day.

The bank gave me until 3/26/24 to take the option for a short sale or give them the deed. If i don't agree, it goes back to their attorney and to the court where they finalize the final judgment and post a sheriff sale on my home. I can get 2 adjournments to postpone the sale.

Bankruptcy ( chapter 13) is not an option as the monthly cost of the arrears and my monthly payment is to high to maintain for 5 years.

If you can help, I greatly appreciate it, If not, I understand others are struggling just like me.
