Donate to Help Samara Fix and Secure Her Home

Hi all. Samara here. I've had my condo on the market for over a year now. It seemed like things were starting to pick up finally when a squatter got in, stole the ceilings fans and made a mess. I've spent the last week and half securing the place. The squatter came by last night and spray painted the front of the unit including the new security camera. The police have been called multiples times but the guy has not been caught yet.

How did he get in to begin with? It looks like a realtor left the door unlocked and no one is willing to claim liability.

Additionally, my mental health has taken a turn for the worst since the squatter is clearly unhinged and keeps coming back. It has compromised the safety of the entire complex and my previous neighbors.

At this point, I've been hemorrhaging money for a long time and will continue to do so until the condo is sold. The number one priority is to fix the place up so I can get it back on the market ASAP. At this time, I'm raising money to cover the basics:

-replace the ceiling fans

-have the electrical looked at

-patch and paint holes and scrapes

-clean the inside of the condo

-utility bill (squatter was blasting the heat)
