Dear Friends,

I am writing on behalf of Rosamund, Simon and Hera to once again ask for your unbelievable kindness that you have already shown.

Yesterday the family received the absolutely devastating news the Rosamund is now incurable. Since her transplant she has been suffering with transplant graft versus host disease and underlying viruses. It is also apparent that the AML has returned despite the transplant. The doctors have advised that there is nothing more they are able to offer in terms of treatment. The hospital are trying to arrange for transfer home/to a more local hospital for palliative care.

So friends I ask you to give as generously as you possibly can to give this family the resources they need to do whatever they need to and would like to do. For fun things if Rosamund is able, to see family who live far afield, to ease the financial burden whilst Simon and Hera continue to care for their beautiful daughter.
