Hey I’m Daniel but most of you know me by BamBam. I’ve been creating looks and costumes for queens and individuals in and around Los Angeles for the past couple of years. In mid December I was transferring my work station to a place I was house sitting for the holidays. I had quite a few commissions to finish over the holidays and wanted to work while I was there. As I parked the car in the morning and was going to begin unloading my vehicle I was approached by two individuals. One of them held me up at gunpoint while the other took my keys and got into my car to start it. They threatened to shoot if I tried anything so I just stood there as they drove off with my car and my belongings. I’m grateful to have walked away with my life and understand a lot of these are material things but I have been adding to my tools for years now and it hurts to know it was all gone in a matter of minutes.

In the car were my machines that in use to sew, patterns that I have drafted and used when working with clients, a handful of costumes I was working on, fabric that I needed for costume I was starting, threads, trims, cycling gear, clothes, and quite a bit of other things.

It is really hard for me to ask for help. A bunch of you have asked how you can help and have encouraged me to set up this page. Anything helps and I will be forever grateful. The funds will help me replace machines and tools and materials to help me get going and creating/designing again. I want to thank everyone ahead of time who helps donate or shares the page.
