Hi. My Name is Abdalla Kaware. I'm a Palestinian doctor who lives in London.

I'm trying to raise funds to help Reem Ibrahim and her family get through the difficult situation in Gaza.

I know Reem and her family as we're in-laws.

Reem has lost her house as it was destroyed last year by Israeli forces.

She and her family have been displaced on the coast of Khan Yunis in the Mawasi area. Their world has shrunk into a thin tent that was provided to them. However, the tent never protected them during the hot harsh summer and was not enough to keep them warm during 2 tough cold winters.

I'm trying to find them a place to rent this winter while the whole world is waiting helplessly for the Israelis to allow reconstruction or even the supply of temporary ready made caravans. IIn addition, houses or

rooms that are fit for human life are in short supply and rent is understandably very costly as owners are also struggling like everyone in Gaza.

Getting clean water is a daily struggle and requires manual labour and several hours daily.

With no prospect of jobs or income, Reem's sons and daughter have left school as they can't afford it. The new school year has started and they might return to their studies in something that resembles schools but even this needs funds.

Reem went through 2 years of war and was shy to ask for help this way, but this unfair unjust world has failed her and failed everyone in Gaza and she is about to give up. Let's show her that someone in this world still cares.

Like many of the opressed dehumanized people in Gaza, Reem and her family need us now more than ever.

I will be receiving the donations in my account and I'll be sending it to her bank account knowing that ATM service is barely fucntional in Gaza and people turn to private currency traders who could provide cash if money is transferred to their accounts with deductions that could reach 30-40% which is another story of humiliation that Gazans are going through. Main stream media won't tell you about these daily struggles.

Funds will be spent on finding appropriate shelter and buying daily needs in addition to helping Reem's 2 sons and daughter go back to school.
