Priya is a 32-year-old who has been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Good Pasture Syndrome which is a very rare disorder and happens to one in a million people. Her antibodies damaged her both kidneys. This caused her permanent renal failure, hypertension and Anaemia. For 6 months, she has been suffering alot and admitted multiple times to the hospital on an emergency basis. She has been on plasmapheresis and is still on dialysis treatment along with other strong medications.

She needs a Kidney transplant as soon as possible; there is a high risk of other organ failure too. Priya has to be transferred to India for further treatment because in USA, there is 3 to 5 years of waiting for organ donors, and if untreated, we will lose her by that time. The entire process will cost an additional $ 60,000 out of pocket.
