Hi,

My name is Jenilee Stepp. I grew up on the campus at Alice Lloyd College. Pippa Passes will always be home, and such an amazing place for so many to return to. The people who live in this tiny Appalachia town are some of the hardest working, friendly, and giving people you’ll ever meet. Many folks in the area lost their homes and belongings. Many didn’t have much to begin with.

While the campus is fortunate to largely avoid building damage, the infrastructure is widely destroyed. The people are without water and power. They need supplies such as bottled water, wet wipes, hand sanitizer, cleaning products, and packaged food. Right now the roads leading into the campus aren’t passable, but I plan to take supplies once they’re cleared.

This money will go to the people within the community to help provide supplies and cleanup.
