Urgent fundraiser for Chef Hassouna in Gaza

*Hassouna’s situation is ever-changing because of the very dire circumstances*

Hello, thank you so much for taking the time to visit this fundraiser for Chef Hassouna. Before the ongoing horrors began, Hassouna was a Chef at a beautiful restaurant. For many months, he had been feeding the displaced people around him, until the siege was tightened and famine was forced on the people of Gaza. He is someone who loves his people and wants to help them, but now he has to simply try to survive.

Hassouna and his family have been through incredible tragedy from the destruction of their home to the deaths of family and friends. They have evaded death multiple times. And have been displaced multiple times. Still, they thank God for everything and Hassouna is steadfast in the service of others when the circumstances allow.

Hassouna is vital in the care for his large family who depend on him and his ability to work. Lately, it has not been possible for him to work so their suffering increases. Looking to the future, Hassouna will have to rebuild an entire life. But for now, is focused on helping his family.
