Hi, this is Sierra and Skyler asking for help because our beloved dog became very ill suddenly about a month ago. We have had numerous vet bills, but now there is nothing more we can do but make him comfortable as he begins to transition...We had already bought tickets months ago to visit Japan in 10 days from now, but we are unable to go due to our dying dog. He is in a hospice care situation at home with us and needs 24/7 care. We have tried many times to get our airline tickets refunded or credited for the future but even after explaining our situation American Airlines refuses to help given our circumstances. We are so heartbroken about our situation but want to make sure our beloved fur baby Koda passes at ease and in our loving embrace. We are only asking for the amount that will cover our tickets. Thank you all so much for considering. Please also spread the word about how unhelpful and not sympathetic #AmericanAirlines has been during a very difficult time.
